Ice Skating Fundraiser: On Saturday April 1st we had the Skatium in Havertown from 12:00 Noon till 1:30 PM for an SOS Skating Fundraiser. Cost is $4 for children and $6 for adults. Spectators were free. Price included skate rental and ice time. This fundraiser was also a fun raiser.

FROM THE MAIN LINE:
From Lancaster Avenue (U.S. 30), take Wynnewood Road South. Cross over
Haverford Road. (Wynnewood Road becomes Eagle Road.) Turn left at Darby Road (Wawa
on the corner.) Go 4 traffic lights. Skatium is located on the right before the
next traffic light. (Wawa on corner.)
FROM THE BLUE ROUTE (I-476)
Take exit 9 East towards Upper Darby (Route 3). You will enter Haverford
Township. Look for the Hess Gas Station on the right hand side. Make a left at
the next traffic light (Manoa Road). Make a left into the driveway before the
next traffic light. (Look for signs - Skatium and Police Station).
FROM (US 1) TOWNSHIP LINE ROAD
If you are going Northeast turn left at the intersection of US 1 and Darby
Roads. (Kohls on the corner). Go 3 traffic lights. Make a left onto Manoa Road.
(Wawa on corner). Make a right at driveway (Look for Skatium and Police Station
signs).
FROM CENTER CITY:
Take Walnut Street to Route 2 West. After you pass 69th Street, it becomes West
Chester Pike. Cross US 1. Turn right at the next traffic light (Darby Road -
Firehouse on corner). Turn left at 2nd traffic light onto Manoa Road. (Wawa on
corner). Make a right at 1st driveway entrance. (Look for the Skatium and Police
Station signs.
